Template Transfer from Marketing Emails to Conversations
Email templates in the Conversations section would be well-served to have access to some Marketing email templates.
The goal is to allow Sales to communicate this kind of content spontaneously with individual customers without needing to create individual versions in the Marketing emails tab that have the correct "from" and "replies to" settings for each member of the Sales team.
Sometimes, clients miss emails that Marketing sends and it would be helpful if the Salesperson in conversation with them could just select the template version of the Marketing email and pass it along without having to further crowd the Marketing emails side.
The value is that it allows the Marketing emails to be used in a personal way without requiring much individual setup or many copies of a particular email to be made. Marketing could just set an email template to be "usable in Conversations".
This shouldn't be a default status for Marketing emails, but there should be a way to share a template from Emails to Conversations.
