Team emails filtered automatically by HubSpot Inbox due to filtering rules

Some team emails were filtered automatically by HubSpot Inbox due to filtering rules. Related ticket #2235398. 

 

A) Tasks reminders created via a HubSpot Workflow assigned to a team

B) Any noreply@hubspot.com

 

I work in the Operations Department. As of any 24/7 commercial company we have customer center agents that comes and goes on two or three different shifts Monday to Sunday.

 

We want to create the culture that whoever comes in first is assign immediately to check the team emails (example: salesteam@companyname.com) on the Hubspot Inbox.

 

Suggested workaround that does not work: assign Task to Users and not team emails.

Unfurtunatelly, Task's assigned to individual HubSpot Users does not work because if the Task is created for an Agent that is off for 2 or 3 days the Task is going to be sitting there for a long, long time, and we will lose the opportunity.
