Team email account configuration - Add option to show first name only
A team email account can be connected to Hubspot at Conversations -> Inboxes -> Inbox Settings -> Email. At the configuration page it is possible to configure ‘From name’ with the following options:
Agent and company name
Company name
Here is agent’s full name used. We would like to have an option to shown agent’s first name only. This because of company policy where only first name is communicated.
