Team-based customization for the "create ticket" form
It's already possible to customize sidebars per team – a great feature so different teams can see different things!
For us this is crucial but there is a missing piece of the puzzle:
Why can we not customize the "create ticket" form in the same way?
Ie. our inhouse sales team wants to create tickets that are really all about the customer and their requirements whilst our service team wants to see totally different ticket properties such as what the problem is and how long the repair will take.
Please give us the option to customize the "create" form per team – it could work just like this (click) so it would be very consistent with the rest of HubSpot!
