I was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature in HubSpot where HubSpot teams can be mentioned in the Notes area of a contact, company and deal record. We want to avoid mentioning several names when receiving a payment or processing an invoice. We would like to mention a team and have all those that belong to a team receive a notification about certain communication.
I mean this is a basic functionality of a CRM, if you allow people to belong to a team, you should be able to have notifications and tags going to the whole team.
Adding a +1 for this functionality. Please make it so snippets understand mentions. We tag each member of our sales team in updates for accounts to share knowledge, and our sales team is expected to double this year.
This feature has been requested for a number of years now and "Upvotes" are added fairly often. At present there are 187 Upvotes. To clarify for us, HubSpot Team, is there a minimum number of Upvotes required as a catalyst to convert a feature request to push to a queue for implementation?
We supported this feature years ago and now it's becoming ever more important to have. Our team is growing, and there's no way people will remember who to tag on an important meeting, call, note, deal etc. Please, HubSpot, put this further up the priority list for development.
+1, we also wait for this, as we have several business processes where we need a team to be notified rather than a person. Task queues are not a real alternative, as it is not intuitive for business users to assign tasks to queues...
Hubspot why havent anyone responded to this thread yet? This is a feature that is available is most CRMs. Espeically when running large scale Sales/CS teams this is extremly important.
