Team Meeting Links to customize URL not include user name
When trying to create a Team Meeting Link, it includes the username in the URL and it can not be changed or removed. The idea of a Team Meeting link would be if you want to use the Group or Round Robin option, but the URL would show one person's name already in the name of it.
This is a great example of why I roll my eyes when HubSpot Support tells me to submit the "idea" in the Community forum. Should we celebrate this post's 5-year anniversary in November together?
Hello everyone, I stumbled across the same issue and came across this post. I was able to solve the issue as follows: Some adjustments can be made in the account settings under General > Calendar. For “Meetings” you can select a custom domain as well as change the subdirectory, which will later be visible in the link of the meeting scheduler. The url path can be defined later in the meeting scheduler as usual. However, these changes are not applied to existing meeting schedulers, but only to meeting schedulers created in the future. I hope this helps.
@FBaumstark This is a huge find! To all those on this thread you have to go to the settings menu and then click on the "Calendar" tab. Then you change the URL for that user. For us we used a Senior-Level person that is not likely to leave. Then you just set it to whatever you like, we used our company initials.
Submitting on behalf of my customer, it would be great if you could remove the name of the person who schedules the meeting on the link of a group meeting scheduler.
