Trying to at least share that whatever updates are being made on HubSpot are making the tasks that we use less and less effective. . .they first took off the automatic follow up function and then if u changed it to "the day of" it would at least follow the date and time that was on the due date, but now you have to manually alter everything which is a huge waste of time and sometimes forgotten when ur buzzing through customers. . .
