Task Queues - reporting

I think it would be useful for the reporting side of things if we can filter Tasks based on Queues instead of assgined agents/ owners. 

 

I would like to see how many Tasks hit each queue weekly/ monthly etc..

Agreed. We would like to report on the time a task was open by queue, how many in a queue has been completed by the owner, and how many are outstanding in a dashboard summary view.
