Would it be possible to block off dates on your HubSpot calendar for times when you will be Out of Office so that tasks don't fall on those dates? This way, if someone is enrolled in a sequence or workflow, or if you use a quick selection when setting a task (like in 1 week or 2 weeks), it would automatically default to the closest date available outside of the OOO period. This would help to not come back to a bunch of overdue tasks, and save time by not having to custom set each task due date. For users that manage and set a lot of tasks, I think this would be very helpful. Thanks!
