Add filtering to Target Accounts page

Ability to filter Target Accounts by Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3, plus by company owner.

Fully support and would add that the ABM stuff is coming along nicely.  I'd also like very much to MEASURE how many companies are added to the target accounts (target=TRUE), so being able to filter/list/report based on date that the target field was set.

Dev time minimal as the underlying dbase will have that.

For any business qualifying companies before setting them to "target", its a significant KPI.

This would be a great idea. I assumed it would be standard for companies that have multiple products or teams.
