Tailor CES survey to ticket type

Currently, the CES survey goes out per pipeline and cannot be tailored to different ticket types. I would like to be able to send different CES surveys depending on the type of customer that has come through.

 

Specifically for my company, being able to send different surveys to restaurants, consumers, third parties, etc without having to separate those tickets into a different pipeline.

In addition to this, can we add Category based exceptions for CES? The reason is we close spam tickets on the same pipeline and these get surveyed and are likely to provide a dissatisfied return.
