Our team uses the tag (ex: @BillSmith) function in outlook a decent amount when communicating with both internal and external teams. Now they have started using the conversations inbox they can no longer do this, I understand they can tag internal team members on the 'comments' tab however they can not tag external people who are copied in on the email still.
