It would be really good if we can 'tag' emails as different categories when we send them. For example, 'sales', 'logistics', 'client services', 'follow up', etc. And it would be even better if there was then the option to filter by email type too!
It would be extremely helpful to be able to set up tags or categories (customizable) for emails and calls that you log. I'd love to be able to filter by call/email type across an organization.
