Currently, in Conversations Team Inbox, an email received to a team email, can ONLY BE ASSIGNED to ONLY 1 person (i.e. you CANNOT ASSIGN email to all TEAM MEMBERS).
REQUEST IDEA:
- ENABLE functionality so that in Conversation, an incoming Email to a TEAM INBOX --> can assign email TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS
