Syncing Chatflow Search with External Knowledge Base

We currently host our Knowledge Base on Zendesk and are using a Zendesk chat to enable visitors to search our Knowledge Base of information.  It would be great if we could use the Hubspot chatflow to sync to external Knowledge Bases with the ability to enable that search tool.
