There are customer notes in Hubspot. There are customer notes in NetSuite. Seems like the option to sync them should exist in the NetSuite integration.
Really any member of our team that use NetSuite but isn’t a member of our marketing, sales, or support team.
Our shipping department uses notes to mark down tracking numbers that occur outside the normal shipping workflow. They also note when they call a customer for delivery instructions (mostly when using a flatbed for delivery). Our finance department also occasionally uses notes to mark past-due invoices.
Our marketing, sales, and support teams still need access to these notes, but currently can’t within HubSpot.
Yes, absolutely agree, this is needed for our business too. For the same reason - people in marketing can't access the communication notes that sales reps b
put against the contact they are managing an opportunity with. Seems like the option to sync ought to exist.
