The new sync properties in HubSpot are very useful and great at reducing workflow clutter. One option that I would like to see added to the Sync Property is when selecting "Choose which record to sync from," the ability to choose the most recently updated associated record. More specifically, I would like to seee the most recently updated data in that property from all assocated records.
My current use case is to see on a deal record the most recent target action date for any contact associated with the deal. I have set it up so the contact's most recent target action date is stored in a custom property, but transferring that date to the Deal takes a tangle of workflows instead of a nice sync property. I can't use a sync property because I don't know whether the most recently created contact or the first created contact took the most recent target action and that may change over time.
The ability to select the most recently updated property in the property sync would add value by allowing users to move the most recent and relevant data across objects when there are multiple records associated to that object.
