It would be great if there was a way where HubSpot could sync with Dropbox, perhaps with specified folders. That way when a file gets updated in Dropbox or a new file is added to that specified folder, it would automatically update in HubSpot files. It would eliminate having to upload the file in both places and ensuring HubSpot has the latest and greatest each time.
I second this - a great example of how this should function is the Box integration in Salesforce. It allows you to view the dropbox folders inside of the record. In addition, if you upload a new file to a record (that doesn't have an associated folder), it automatically creates a folder inside of Dropbox and titles it the same as the record you are viewing. Please look at this salesforce integration and use it as a model for if and when you build this out.
