If I create a ticket from a conversation, I want the comments I make on that conversation to appear in the ticket. They often include vital process information on the steps I take to close a conversation.
Same here this would really help out. In our setup, we use converation to confirm problems. Then we create a ticket from it. Every time we have to copy the text to the ticket manually. Additional suggestion: if they are transfered, it would be good if they become searchable. Maybe through notes ?
Agreed. This is the only feature holding me back from using the Inbox/Conversations rather than the Ticket record directly.
As it stands, you can see an entire conversation on the Ticket activity as emails, but since the comments do not show up on the ticket a user must go to the Conversation itself to see them. Seems odd that I can see my entire Conversation in the Ticket activity, but can't see comments (which are just as important)?
