Swiss date and Number format

In Account DEfault > User Default, it would be necessary to add Switzerland in the Date and number format dropdown.

Indeed the closer option is "German" but Swiss officially write 1'000.00 and Germany writes 1,000.00.

We need this as well for at least language English, German and French.

We have sales users in a lot of Countires in Asia and have also been asked about the ability to select Singapore for the "Date, time, and number format" defaults. Since this request is specifc to Switzerland, I will submit a seperate idea for our request.
