Survey Monkey Integration - Leverage their "Custom Variables" to get Email address

We are distributing a Survey Monkey web link to our contacts via email from Hubspot.   In the future we will be embedding a Survey Monkey survey into an area of our website where users are logged in.

In both cases we know the contacts email address, yet Hubspot requires the first question in the survey to be "Email" which is an obstacle for successful conversion thru the survey.

Survey Monkey has the option to create "Custom Variables" which are inserted into the URL's query string and added to the survey result. More about that here.  It would be great if HubSpot could look for a specific query string custom variable in the survey result, perhaps "email",  and use that to associate the survey results with a Hubspot contact.   This would avoid the extremely awkward usage of "Email" as the 1st question in all Survey Monkey surveys.
