Support team ability to set ticket "follow-up" dates with notes


It would be super helpful if service tickets could have an option on the drop-down menu to "Follow-Up" at a later date. Maybe when you click follow-up there will be a box pop up to enter notes related to what is waiting/in-progress and pick date; this way when it is time to check back on something it will pop up for that day's service team for "waiting on us" type deal.
