Support chat for Partners not allowing access to other portals
As we all know, one has to use the Help chat from the portal that we asking about.
In some cases, this can be troublesome.
It is very limiting for us as a Diamond agency, not to be able to address all portals in our portfolio from our Partner portal.
While I understand that we do have direct support through our points of contact within Hubspot, the turnaround and convenience for fast online chat cant be matched.
Cases may include clients with multiple portal setups. Or even simple initial configuration issues on newish portals where hub purchase have not been made yet and as such they have very limited support by default.
Suggestion: Allow partner support chat technicians to access all hubs on the partner portfolio.
