There should be an option to change the placement setting of the support chatbox.
A couple of options to move it on the left side of the screen or even have it floating on the right side can be beneficial as the bottom of the screen is prime screen real estate.
Hi- We just released a feature today that will allow you to move the chat widget to the left side of the screen. You can find this in your inbox settings inside of Conversations.
