Supervisor/ ADMIN should be able to edit Shared Queues
I'm the supervisor to this team (and ADMIN Supervisor superstar apparently!) and I want to be able to add a new team member to a shared queue...
Currently I cannot do this, but think this might be an oversight. I delegated to a colleague to set this up this shared queue, but now need to add someone.
Can this function be changed/updated or should I not be delegating work to team members like this? Will make my work harder if this is the case 😞
