It would be great if superadmins could have access to all user's on their Hubspot account. There's so much wasted time having to schedule meetings to just have me log in remotely to their system and change their email signature or other items. Sales people don't usually know how to work a marketing system and need some hand-holding. It'd be great if I didn't even have to talk to them if I wanted to update anything.
Is there any on-goint developement regarding this feature ? Today the only solution we have is to ask password to our users, so we can access their account and change parameters that we need to change. Allowing superadmin to access user account, without this need to login with their passwords is really needed !
This is very needed. Especially in situations where the sales team is using mostly if not exclusivly salesforce and hubspot is behind the scenes for them, but I as the marketer can really levarage Hubspot for them.... except that to do anything I would need all of their permissions. Superadmin should be a real superadmin
