Super Admins should have the ability to update user profiles, including user first/last names, image/avatar, contact phone number, and email signature. This would drastically speed up and simplify the on-boarding and support process.
Completely agree- we need to quickly update user settings (especially names and signature details) from an admin level to elininate one-by-one updates needing separate logins and causing delays.
We'd love to scale with HubSpot, but at some point managing dozens of users and trying to make sure there's consistency and the profiles are continually set up correctly is going to be a nightmare, might have to find a different option at that point 😞
