Normally when you have a system administrator they have complete control of the system. This includes other users accounts. We help customers set up Hubspot but we have no control over their personal accounts, many of which don't set them up properly as a result and guiding them how to do this can be hard work for both. If we could access their profile, we could set it up for them to make sure it's set up properly making sure the system does what they need it to do. This would give our service to the customer more value but it also ensures they get the maximum value out of their HubSpot account straight away. I also think part of the stumbling block for most businesses changing their systems is the initial turbulence of changing the system itself and most of this could be seamless for the customer if we had complete control.
