Subject Line in Templates Not Populating When There's an Existing Subject Line

Currently, when there's an existing subject line especially in Conversations inbox emails when the template is used in the expanded editor, the template's subject line doesn't override the existing subject line - it is understandable as most customers would prefer to keep the subject line. That said, to enhance the experience, a pop-up can come up to ask
"Hello there,
the template subject line differs from the original subject line. Do you want to change or keep it?
Highly needed, we migrated from tickets/inboxes to help desk and previously on tickets it would use the subject line for a new thread not the ticket name
