Stop using "all pages" default targeting for chatbot and pop-up forms (Enterprise Accounts)

We have an Enterprise account that has the HubSpot tag installed across multiple websites. That means that in every instance when someone creates a chatbot or a pop-up form, they need to be super careful to set up the targeting correctly to ensure they don't target the wrong countries. But mistakes still happen, especially as we grow.

 

To minimise the chance of errors (at least on enterprise accounts), "all pages" should no longer be the default targeting setup on pop-up forms and chatbots. 

 

Moreover, when "target all pages" is selected, there should be a double check in place to make sure that the user actually intends for their chat to do that. This could happen with a pop-up in the same way that we need to give confirmation for the deletion of assets.
