Sticky TOC for Blog Posts

It would be super nice if we could add a sticky table of contents module to a blog post making it significantly easier for the reader to browse and navigate the content.

Yes, this would be really great to have. This would also work if blog templates could support drag-and-drop areas so that we could use one of the many modules available in the Marketplace.
