State field in company address should not be required for sending email
Hi! Why do HubSpot requires "State" field in address section to send emails even if my company address is outside of the USA? In most of the countries, there are no states. Usually it's only "street, city, zip, country".
Moreover, HubSpot prevents sending out an email without putting "State" value.
As a solution, I suggest making this field optional if selected country is not USA (+may be some other countries, like Canada).
