The customer came from another Chatflow SAAS software in which they have a nifty feature to start chat with any link or button. Example when a visitor or from some part of their domain/website, they click on an article/link, it triggers a chatflow specific to the article link e.g. "5 ways to invest your money the right way", the chatflow will ask "How are you investing your money now".
It would be great if HubSpot also have such a feature
