We have run into an issue with the basic restriction of the pipeless access that does not allow users to create tickets there. What we would ultimately want is to have a pipeline specific for one team, where other teams can create tickets there and view/edit only the tickets they have CREATED. In the personal user permission sets you can limit people to see only tickets they're the owner of, but would be great to have the "creator of" option and to have this customizable to specific pipelines.
