Specific notification that chat was moved to another inbox
A few customers have requested that there be a specific notification setting to be notified when a message/email in conversations is moved to another inbox to alert the team members of that inbox. These messages are unassigned when transferred, but not new, so they do not trigger the new unassigned chat conversation notification.
Yes to this! We would also like to be able to automatically create tickets based on conversations moved from one inbox into another. i.e. into our support inbox from our sales inbox. Thanks.
Upvoting this. We want to set it up so that we get notifications for all new conversations that enter an inbox (whether its from a new email, form submission, or one of our teams has moved a conversation to a new inbox). Just like how you would be notified for any new messages in a traditional inbox.
Upvoting too. Bit strange that you just can't turn on a notification to get an update of all Unassigned conversations in your Inbox, form, email or chat.
