Specific Time for Filters

It would be very helpful if you could dive even deeper with times for workflows and reporting. 

 

In particular for workflows, when setting triggers I want to be able to set it to go off any time the trigger occurs, not just the initial time, which can be a challenge with the current limitation of the least amount of time being "1 Day Ago".

 

Adding in the ability to filter by less than X Minutes ago would allow for much more specific actions within the workflow and would solve some other issues I have seen when creating workflows around internal activity, such as tasks. 

 

This would help Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success improve the accuracy of their workflows and provide much more accurate reporting.

It's kind of surprising this is not a default feature. 

 

I have quite a few workflows that I would like to avoid contacts to be enrolled if they perform certain activities withing the following hours from registering in some of my forms (which I think it is a very normal need). Right now I have many different workflows where ALL contacts get added (which adds stuff to their timeline) even though they are then removed from the workflow as they perform the task I was going to try and help them with through the workflow.

Yes, exactly! We can set hours for the workflow to execute, but not for the enrollment to happen, which is often the much more pressing filter.

Definitely, this is a big, but relatively easily solvable issue in my opinion.

Another upvote here. Would be a massive improvement to the enrolment triggers. 
( Also, shamelessly tagging a couple of the HS product team from other suggestions I've just been looking at to see if we can boost visibility 😀)

Please make this happen? At least have a "Today" filter.

Upvoting on behalf of customer. Having an hour-specific filter instead of just days would be very beneficial for their use case!

To add onto this - I would like to be able to build a list / trigger a workflow if a Custom Behavioral Event occurs multiple times within a specific timeframe (e.g. contact has had this Custom Behavioral Event twice in the past 14 days).

Great idea!

Why not have the possibility to select if a datetime property should be displayed as datetime or just date? A configuration on the property in settings? 
Really need to be able to use time in both workflows, reporting and filters on objects.

We need this for Abandoned Cart emails and sms text. This is important to being able to talk to customers in quick, efficient, profitable, and timely marketing messages. We need to be able to send emails within 10 - 15 minutes of abandoning their cart, to encourage them to finish their transaction.
