Since the new registered domains change is going into effect on May 16th, my team wants to monitor any spam submissions that come into our account. That way we can review it ASAP and add any unregistered domains to our trusted domains if necessary. Is there a way for an admin to get an email notification if any come in? I tried creating a list/workflow for this but it did not seem possible to pull this spam submissions field from the forms view into either of those.
Agreed, as a partner I've checked a few client accounts and there are legitimate leads being marked as spam. We should have the option to still be notified of spam submissions to review and validate.
Is this now possible? My team and I would also love to receive an email notification. Right now we have to manually check this folder a few times a day.
Agreed. Example that occurred this week where it would be great to isolate form submission notifications to just "flagged as spam":
I was on the forms menu page and noticed the spam submission notification at the top—while I was going to jump in and adjust a form—curious, I selected. In it I saw two submission of our wholesale application form from the same person. I saw that in the submission they mention a sales coworker. That coworker was trying to find the submission for a while and it ended up flagged as spam because of German entries.
