We'd like to throw an idea your way about adding a few things onto your social media hub.
It would make the hub a lot more practical if, we could trigger notifications to the owners of the contacts when they receive comments on their posts.
With the same effort, it would be handy to have the comments to pop up on the contacts timeline.
It would also be great if we could trigger/enroll contacts in workflows based off of social media interactions and clicks, whether that's specific posts or those that are related to a campaign.

i would love to initiate a workflow (ie, notify everyone at our company via email to like, share, etc. a new post) based on a social media post that is scheduled/post from hubspot.
This would be a great added feature!
This would be awesome - I could set up a Slack notification to occur when a social post is published, so we can help promote it through likes / shares.
