I can think of an example: Our company is now launching Chat Support and we would like to rely on snippets to increase the standardization of responses as well as minimization of typing errors. So it would have been very useful to have my snippets page on half of my screen and Conversations on the other half. At this point in time, things did not work as planned because of the size of the snippets' columns being too big so we are not able to see all the relevant details of the snippet.
