It would be great if the smart rule for content blocks in an email template would allow to hide the block completely if a set of conditions is not met, rather than just allow to serve different content within it.
I would need a smart rule that completely hides a block with a particular notice from the email, for whom the notice is not relevant. I don't have adequate content to subsctitute the notice with.
we have a workflow that sends outbound emails to contacts that have registered for something or have yet to register. being able to remove a module (and the coressponding CTA to register), would be useful as in this situation, we dont want to have a different CTA at all, we just want to omit it.
Jumping in on this thread to voice the need to be able to apply mart rules to entire rows, and using more critera like contact/company field values. This was something where we had ultimate flexiblity in Eloqua, but Hubspot seems to be lacking.
Adding myself to the list of people who need this feature implemented. We could easily do this in Intercom — really disappointed to find out this basic feature is missing in HubSpot.
fully agree - give us a hide functionality for whole sections and as criteria the possibility to use properties instead of creating lists for everything
This is a must. In fact it's so vital that if Mailchimp had stronger integrations, I would just reccomend my MD to move to this, to think for only £20 a month Mailchimp has all this and a schedular and honestly it feels much more robust.
