Looking at the existing 'Smart' tool, creating a rule based on location only allows you to select a country.
Specifiying a poscode or uk county would be beneficial to target a more specific audience.
It's disappointing that personalisation stops at country level as far as area is concerned. My employer would have far more use if it was drilled down to more local areas. As a house builder, it would make great marketing to promote new developments targeted towards people that live within a certain radius, say in Yorkshire or the North East compared to those in the south.
