We're using the Customer Portal for just one client right now and they have very specific types of requests that we handle for them, thus the form is tailored just for them.
We'd like to migrate all customer ticketing into the Customer Portal, but can't quite pull the trigger because we're unable to alter the form that's been customized for that client.
It would be great if we could either use Smart Content to show a different form based on List Membership or some other way to use multiple forms in the Customer Portal and to specify to which users those forms should show.
