For companies with two offices or more, it would be of advantage if the footer in an e-mail could be defined by Smartrules. The necessary data (address, etc.) can be stored in a richtextbox and thus edited by smartrules, but since the values are passed automatically, this is not useful.
This would be SO beneficial to companies with multiple office locations. We have offices in US and Canada, and it would be nice to use the smart rule for the email footer.
This idea would help our company, as we are having to create multiple emails just to change the address in the footer. This is needed for compliance with GDPR. Would save us a lot of time and effort to be able to use smart content for the office address. Thank you!

We have multiple locations, and having to change the footer for every email is an absolute pain! This would be a great standard feature. Makes sense that it should be available to all. Is there any update on this feature?
