Slack integration with Messages could round robin to next up user
Love the concept of a Slack integration with Messages, and we may still use it, but I would like to be able to round robin and then notify via Slack, rather than just notify a channel. Sometimes we have several team members available to chat at once, and "whoever grabs it first" may lead to some trouble.
Hi @Leslie_Vanco! That is how the Slack integration will work if you have configured your targeted chat message's routing settings to round robin assign to specific teams or users. The notification will go to Slack and include which user has been assigned the conversation. Please reach out to our Support team if that behavior isn't happening for you!
