I've contacted support for this and they pointed me to making this Feature Request. I'd love the option for a client to see the original ticket description they submitted in their customer portal that doesn't require me to do this workaround found below:
Ce serait super oui, et également pouvoir ajouter d'autres propriétés dans le détail du ticket ! (Voir même dans les colonnes lors de l'aperçu de tous les tickets !)
Have you heard of the Customer Service Portal? It's allows you to choose what properties of a ticket are displayed to customers (including the description):
