We're looking for the exact same. There are instances when two products have the same or similar name, hence we need to SKU to better identify which one to quote for.
Our products have many variations (sometimes up to 30), but it's the same product and hence the product name is identical. It's very hard to the sales team to pick the correct variation for a quote.
The views tab when selecting a product for line items is excellent to show pre-filtered products, but still only displays the product name and price, rather than the columns/properties which are defined in the view on the products object page. My workaround is to append the product title with the SKU, because when using Hubspot Starter plan, the SKU is not visible in the quote anyway, and you can only customise the quote with Sales Hub Professional.
