Show scheduled meetings in ticket timeline

This change would benefit anyone who uses tickets in HubSpot.

 

Scenario:

I send a meeting invite to a client from a ticket.

The client then selects a time and the meeting is booked. 

 

If a client books a meeting, it would make sense to have the ticket status go from "Waiting on External", to "Working", (the way it does when they simply reply to an email) and to have the scheduled meeting appear in the ticket timeline. 

 

However, the ticket status does not change, and the ticket timeline recieves no notification that a meeting has been booked. 

 

Please update ticket statuses and timelines when a meeting is booked!

Ticket status is different for every account (or can be) so I think this could easily be achieved with a workflow/automation, but I do think the meeting scheduled should already show in the ticket timeline automatically, much like it would for a deal.

This already works out of the box at least in our tenants. If I schedule a new meeting from a ticket, it appears in the activity of the ticket due to the automatic association.Screenshot_20220507-090201_Chrome.jpg
