Show more than 4 articles under subcategory without clicking See More
You can only see 4 articles under a subcategory list, and to see the rest, you have to click a link that says see more. It would be nice if you could choose to show all so that the user does not have to expand the menu to see all the relevant articles under a subcategory.
I agree and would like to expand on this idea. The Knowledge Base would be much more user-friendly with a cascading menu in the left panel that can be expaded to be able to easily navigate between Categories, Sub-categories and Articles. This is basic functionality for Help systems.
