Show/display if colleagues are viewing the same ticket
We have a support/service team of multiply members doing support/service at our company. The feature (BETA?) that shows / highlights if someone else is viewing an email in the conversation module is great but we really miss it in the ticket view/overview.
Attached is a mockup showing the function that we think would be great! An indication in the ticket overview that someone else in the team is reading OR answering on a ticket.
