Show contents of marketing emails on the contact record
Right now when a workflow triggers a marketing email, there is no way to view the actual email the customers gets. It would be useful to see the full email, the same way the Chrome Extension show full emails on the Contact record.
This would allow us QA and review all emails and understand what the cusotmer is actually getting. Without that, it's sort of a guess as to what the customer actually sees and impossible to see if there are issues/errors.
This would be extremely helpful to view the email contents on the contact record for QA and a team member to review the contents if a customer asks about a certain email they received.
I don't understand why this isn't an out of the box solution in HubSpot. I also don't understand why I as a person in Marketing can see the marketing emails sent to a contact, but not the emails that sales sends to the contact. Where my sales people can only see the emails they send, not the ones that I do. I agree that this is an issue for compliance reasons - we had sent out a pricing update to our customers and several claimed they never recieved it and sales can't quickly verify that the email was sent and delivered to reassure the customer immediately, they have to spend the time to reach out and I have to send them a screen shot to verify.
